BakD Sunless Return Policy

At BakD Sunless, we want every artist and customer to love their products. Because our solutions and skincare items are cosmetic products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to protect product integrity, safety, and quality control.

Please review the policy below before submitting a return request.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns
• The return must be approved by our team before it is shipped back

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Sale or promotional items
• Digital trainings or online courses
• Wholesale orders unless the incorrect items were received
• Gift cards


Return Process

After approval, all return shipments must be mailed to: Sunless Sisters Studio
5030 Paradise Rd,
STE C-117, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Include your name, order number, and the approved return reference inside the package.


Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• BakD Sunless is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If the returned product does not meet our safety or quality guidelines, the refund cannot be processed.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will replace the item at no cost.


Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns unless the wrong items were shipped or products arrived damaged.
Wholesale issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
